I act as a standalone resource to senior executives and major consulting firms. In this capacity I typically spend a few hours to ensure the client has a real understanding of the topic or issue and its implications.  Some clients I meet with regularly to discuss industry developments or to act as a sounding board for ideas.  Examples of what I do include:   

  • Provide immediate insights on industry developments 

  • Offer input on strategy and tactical decisions

  • Enhance client credibility and understanding of the market

I act as leader of an internal team or a team of experts that I establish through my network of partners. We ensure the right players are part of the team to address a specific issue. We approach the problem in an efficient way and quickly get to results that will solve the problem and materially impact Net Income growth. Examples include: 

  • Define and solve a specific business problem such as building market share in a given category, growing your customer base or improving customer experience

  • Determine a set of actions to improve profitability which could include revenue growth, improved margins and cost reduction

  • Assess and improve a portfolio of initiatives
